Elks Rally Across America For Brain Injured Children

Please join the Elks Riders – Lodge 2379 as we participate in the 15th Annual Elks Rally Across America For Brain Injured Children. Its a NATIONAL event for Elks Riders where we will all be riding on the same day for the same cause! This Poker run will consist of 5 stops within Santa Clarita and Antelope Valley in Southern California.

The little girl we are donating the funds towards may be small, but 1½ year old Olivia Huss is a fighter. She was diagnosed with a rare heart condition called Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS) which means she was born with only half a heart. The diagnosis came just 36 hours after her birth when she suffered severe lack of oxygen to the brain resulting in right brain damage. At her tender age, she has already endured 2 open heart surgeries & 4 stomach surgeries and is scheduled for another heart surgery when she is 4. 
Olivia was recently diagnosed with cerebral palsy and her brain damage has affected her sight & mobility. She receives therapy several times a week, sees numerous specialists, and requires a tremendous amount of care which prevents her parents, Cory & Renée, from working. She uses a feeding tube for food, water and medications but is working on being able to eat by mouth.
